Brogan Eternity Rings
Take a closer look at our channel set
eternity rings and see the level of detail that make them the
"Better Kind."Using our proprietary process, each ring is
handcrafted one at a time for your exact order.
Based on our machinery developed in the late 1920's, our company
was awarded two patents. One for the actual design
of the channel ring and the other for the equipment used in the
method of manufacture.
We still manufacture our rings using the same equipment and
techniques developed at that time.

We start with a piece of seamless
extruded precious metal tubing for superior strength and
durability. Extrusion is done under high temperature and pressure,
which produces better metal density and workability and eliminates
porosity which is endemic to cast blanks.
Based on finger size and design, we then calibrate our specialized
tooling to create the exact number of azures for each ring. A
channel is then cut in preparation for final setting.
Finally holes are punched from the top of the channel to the
corresponding azures to complete the seat for the stone. Punching
makes a crisp clean seat free of the burrs that drilling can
produce. This process enhances brilliance and security.
Prior to setting, the channel floor is given a final polish and
yellow gold rings are rhodium plated to further enhance
diamond
brilliance.

Final setting secures the diamond and
gemstones in the channel and then the ring receives its final
polish. The result
is a truly personalized product, tailored to you without
compromise. Available in 14k white and yellow gold, 18k white
and yellow gold, palladium and platinum. You can select from
diamonds, emeralds, rubies or sapphires; genuine, created or
synthetic; round, square, baguette or princess cut.
The options for customization are
extensive. Stock diamond quality is VS1, G-H color, with other
qualities available by special request. All finger sizes are
available in diamond, most patterns can be customized to work in a
wide range of finger sizes.
Along with meticulous craftsmanship, our patented process places
our guard rings "a cut above the rest," a product you can be proud
to provide to your clients.
